I enjoy showing people that it isn't really all that hard to make changes to your body.  Fitness is everything you do.  So you just need to keep doing the right things, as much as YOU can.  Everyone's strength lies in different places, so let's find YOURS, and make it WORK FOR YOU.

MY SHORT STORY
I became a Fitness Trainer shortly after having my first, and only, child.  Not because I had fallen out of love with my body, but because I didn't want to leave this beautiful baby for 8 hours a day. My husband told me to do something with the fitness certifications I had previously acquired, and the rest, as they say, is history....

My 6 RULES FOR FITNESS

1.   BREATHE!

2.  IF IT HURTS, STOP DOING IT!

3.  STAY HYDRATED!

4.  GOOD FOOTWEAR!

5.  DON'T STOP MOVING!

6.  KEEP SMILING!

TIPS & ADVICE

Getting fit is something that everyone desires, but not everyone wants to put in the WORK.  I understand that MOTIVATION is hard to maintain, but the DESIRE for BETTER HEALTH, and a BETTER BODY is constant.  All you really have to do is MOVE so,

LET'S MOVE!!!
